Arcteryx Sidewinder is designed using two versions of GORE-TEX® 3 Layer Pro Shell fabric, this top-of-the-line snow riding jacket offers an unbeatable mix of durability, protection, and supple, unrestricted comfort. The new, sturdy woven backer on the Pro Shell materials allows Arc’teryx to reduce seam allowances and seam tape width. This makes the jacket lighter, more breathable, and offers freedom of motion that is often lacking in snowboard and ski outerwear.

One of the great features of this jacket is the Lamination technology. Previous jacket products from Arcteryx has this, but the latest sidewinder improves garment strength while contributing to the Sidewinder AR Jacket’s sleek look. The helmet compatible hood stows away when the sky is clear, and the powder skirt includes gripper elastic and a snap closure to keep cold snow on the outside, where it belongs.

I am 5′10″,165 lbs and medium fits well. Roomy but perfect fit to allow for layering piece. Sleeve length allows for a full range of movement.
